Jim Rosen ?

It's time to take another look at Jim Rosen and see if he has cleaned up his act.

Jim Rosen's "Freedom Fulfillment", "ipayment”, “wonderpay", "A-1 leasing", "w.craig and co" and "Wealth Building System" are all companies which promote selling on the internet.

Jim Rosen's "Wealth Building Systrm is, in my opinion, nearly identical to

one Don Lapre sold on TV infomercials. And like Don, there are hundreds of people

that think his system doesn't work.

Here is a description of Jim Rosen's "Wealth Building System".

The Jim Rosen's Wealth Building System includes everything you need to immediately start your new business. Six easy to follow books and one video. Jim's entire Wealth Building System is laid out for you step-by-step. As a special Bonus, you will receive the Internet Web-Site and marketing kit, a $250 value, FREE with your order. Product includes: Jim Rosen's Wealth Building System.

Average Retail Value
$39.95 (prices may vary)

Now that doesn't sound bad at all until you look at what these two people have to say about this system.

"Back in 2003, I signed up for all the bells & whistles of the Jim Rosen Classified Ad/Fitness equipment system. I thought it was a good business model to have my own fitness equipment business ecommerce website. I paid a/b 10,000.00 US dollars. I received a FedEx overnight package from them including several black binders & videos listing mediocre (at best) advise as to how to list classified ads to build my business and my own fitness equipment store website. The website was functional to my knowledge. They also convinced me to sign a 3 year lease for a merchant account with a shady dealer (out of Chicago-i think) to take $65 to $77 dollars A MONTH out of my checking account so my "potential" fitness equipment buyers could use a credit card on my website. Part of my investment was that Jim Rosen "guaranteed" (should have been a red flag) me thousands of hits to my website aka online "traffic" to make sure I would have some sells. He said the product would sell itself. I also paid for Jim's company to set up my own 30 sec. infomercial to drive traffic to my website. What a load of crap. Needless to say, I never sold a single product. The system does not work. I didn't do my investigative homework b/f I signed up. It is a well thought out scam to mislead you into believing that you're making an investment into a real business. Now, I'm out over $13,000 and I've felt like an idiot sucker. I have learned from this horrible mistake now, and I hope that my testimony here can prevent everyone else from making the same terrible mistake. Just search for Jim Rosen at bbb.org & check out his negative BBB rating for yourself. In hindsight, I wish I would have for myself.”

“I saw the infomercial and ordered the kit. About a week later I got a phone call from a very pleasant woman saying that only a select few were being offered this chance to start their own business with Jim Rosen. I was to be selling exercise equipment through ads. I somehow lost my sanity long enough to be out 10,000 for coaching, a website individualized just for me, etc... They claimed that the coaches would work with you until you made all your money, guaranteed in 6 months or less. I talked to a "coach" for about 5 minutes on 3 or 4 occasions. Then he stopped calling on the scheduled times, didn't answer phone calls. I sent an email to him and received a very nasty response. I was constantly calling any 1 800 number I could find for them and even a few long distance numbers I found through searches. When I started calling on their land lines they acted very hesitant. One person demanded to know how I got the phone number. Only after I threatened to get a lawyer involved did they assign me another "coach" who said I needed to start all over again with my ads, which cost a lot to place. He then of course dropped off the face of the earth. I knew I had been scammed but was trying hard to still sell something to try to make a little money when I got a phone call from a tech at a website company. He was very upset and told me that they were calling each person with a Jim Rosen website to let them know that they company shut down our websites over 3 months prior to this call. All websites were being funneled straight to Jim Rosen's actual site. So any hits that I got or potential sales went straight to them, but I was still being charged a monthly fee to have this site. The tech said that his company felt that they needed to call the customers because they didn't want to be involved with that kind of business practice. If I wasn't on a tight budget just making ends meet, I wouldn't have been looking for a way to work extra from home to begin with. It took me years to pay off these credit card debts. That was enough for a down payment on a house! I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I got nothing from them either. They responded to me that after so many days and so many attempts they were unable to get anyone or any kind of response so that all they could do was post the complaint. Not even a federal entity could help me get my money back from a ‘money back guarantee’".

As for that negative BBB rating here it is. Read it for yourself.

It doesn't look, to me, as if Jim Rosen has changed at all, IMO, he's still a scammer.
As I said in my first review, Jim Rosen is a name to avoid."
